Required
Report seller income to the tax authority
PAY-62If sellers in the EU earn money through your platform, report each seller's income to the tax authority. Send it by 31 January for the year before.
Recommended
Let sellers sell only while the provider has verified them
PAY-61Read each seller's verification status from the platform provider's events. Hide a seller's offers while charges are disabled or verification items are past due.
Decide who pays for refunds and disputes before launch
PAY-63Write down who carries each refund, dispute and negative seller balance. Make the refund code take the money back from the seller and return your fee by that rule.
Delay seller payouts to cover refunds
PAY-64Set a payout delay for each seller, such as 7 days, or until delivery is confirmed. Keep it longer for new sellers and those with high dispute rates.
Give each seller a statement for every payout
PAY-65For every payout, show the seller each sale, refund, dispute, fee and adjustment it contains. The total equals the amount paid to their bank.
