Agent Wranglers

Give each page one main topic

Give every page one primary phrase and at most five close variants with the same intent. When two phrases need different answers, give them two pages.

How to do it

Close variants are other words for the same need, such as "oak floor oil" and "oil for oak floors". One page answers them all. A page that tries to rank for a how-to question and a price list serves neither reader. Bing's guidelines ask for each address to focus on one primary topic, with the title, headings and content aligned to the same intent. Place the words as Put the main phrase where readers look first says.

How to check

The keyword map gives each page exactly one primary phrase and no more than five variants. Every variant carries the same intent label as its primary phrase.
