Map each feature to its transparency duty
For every AI feature, record which paragraph of AI Act Article 50 applies. Link an automated test that proves the notice or mark is there.
How to do it
Article 50 applies from 2 August 2026. Providers must tell people they are dealing with an AI, under 50(1). Providers of generative systems must mark output as machine-readable, under 50(2). Systems placed on the market before 2 August 2026 have until 2 December 2026 for that mark. Deployers must tell people about emotion recognition and biometric sorting, under 50(3). They must also label deepfakes and AI text published on matters of public interest, under 50(4). The disclose AI rule shows how. See also label AI output where people see it.
How to check
Every register entry with an Article 50 paragraph names a test ID, and that test exists and passes in the build. An entry with risk transparency and no paragraph fails.
