Decide which Digital Services Act tier you are in
RecommendedRecord whether your service is an intermediary, a hosting service, an online platform or a marketplace under the Digital Services Act. Record whether the small enterprise exclusions apply.
Handle appeals and send decisions to the EU database
RecommendedIf you run an online platform and are not a micro or small enterprise, let users appeal moderation decisions for at least six months. Send every statement of reasons to the Commission's database.
Publish a yearly moderation report
RecommendedUnless you are a micro or small enterprise, publish a content moderation report for each calendar year by the end of February. Build it from your moderation records.
