Make the subject and the links match what the message is about. Never use misleading subjects or fake replies.

How to do it

Keep most of the message in live text, as live text explains. Never use misleading subjects or fake "Re:" or "Fwd:" prefixes. For link domains and shorteners, follow safe links.

How to check

A reader who sees only the subject can say what the message is about. A spam filter test, such as SpamAssassin, shows no rule hits for the subject.
