Required
Tell buyers who sells and how results are ranked
ECM-43On a marketplace for EU consumers, show on each offer whether the seller is a trader. When they are not, say that EU consumer rights do not apply. Say who handles delivery, withdrawal and guarantee, and label paid placements.
Collect tax as the marketplace where the law makes you the seller
ECM-44Record for each country and US state where the marketplace must collect tax for its sellers, and collect it there yourself. Never leave it to a seller there.

Split each order into one part per seller
ECM-41When a cart holds items from several sellers, create one order for the buyer and one seller order per seller. Give each seller order its own fulfilment states, shipments, returns and payout lines.
Let each seller reach only their own orders and customers
ECM-42Scope every seller screen, export and API call to the seller's own listings, seller orders and the buyer details needed to ship them. Remove a buyer's address from the seller's view a set time after delivery, such as 30 days.
