Agent WranglersUnsubscribe and bounces Required
Unsubscribe within two days
Stop sending to anyone who unsubscribes within two days, and never ask them to log in or confirm by email.
How to do it
Process unsubscribe requests at once and add the address to the suppression list. Check that list in the send step itself, not only when a list is exported, so every tool and queue honours it. Gmail and Yahoo expect two days. US law (CAN-SPAM) allows at most ten business days, and EU law requires withdrawal to be as easy as consent.
How to check
Unsubscribe a test address, then trigger a send from every tool that mails that list. No message reaches it.
