Agent Wranglers

Scope and ownership Required

Keep every legal date in one calendar

Generate one calendar from the registers with every review date, contract renewal, legal start date and audit certificate expiry. Warn owners 30 days before each. Audit certificates include ISO 27001. TLS certificates follow certificate renewal instead.

How to do it

Read the dates from the obligation, vendor and control registers, so nothing is typed twice. Publish the calendar as an iCalendar feed or a scheduled message to the owner. A daily job lists items due within 30 days and items already late.

Example

- date: 2026-12-02
what: AI Act Article 50(2) marking deadline for generative systems placed on the market before 2 August 2026
  owner: jonas.berg
- date: 2026-12-02
what: AI Act bans on non-consensual sexual images and child abuse material apply
  owner: jonas.berg
- date: 2027-01-12
what: Data Act bans all switching and data export charges for cloud and software services
  owner: maria.lind
- date: 2027-12-02
what: AI Act duties for high-risk systems in Annex III start
  owner: jonas.berg
- date: 2027-12-11
what: Cyber Resilience Act applies in full
  owner: maria.lind

How to check

The daily job exits with failure when any item is past its date. A test with a date 29 days ahead puts that item in the warning list.
