List what must be rebuilt to grow
List every part that must be rebuilt to reach the buyer's growth plan. Give each an effort range and the load or date when it is needed.
How to do it
The buyer pays for the product as it will have to be, not as it is. Common items are permissions held in the browser, a single database without backups, a builder that cannot run background jobs, and missing tests. Start from the debt register if one exists. Use Rewrite a part only when written conditions hold to decide what is a rewrite.
How to check
The report lists each item with an effort range in days and the user count, load or date by which it is needed.
