Let people export their data themselves
Offer a download of a person's data from settings, in JSON or CSV, ready within 24 hours.
How to do it
The data requests rule sets what to include. Ask for fresh proof before starting. Build the file in a background job, then email a link that needs sign-in and expires in 7 days. A personal export holds that person's data. Organisation data is exported by owners, from the organisation's settings. Allow one export a day per person.
How to check
Ask for an export on a test account with data in every store. A link arrives within 24 hours, it opens only when signed in, and the file holds data from every store.
