Open links in your Android app

If you have an Android app, publish /.well-known/assetlinks.json so links open in it.

How to do it

Serve the Digital Asset Links JSON as application/json, without a redirect. Give the app's package name and the SHA-256 fingerprint of its signing certificate. With Play App Signing, use the fingerprint Google Play shows, not your upload key.

How to check

Google's Digital Asset Links API lists the app for the site. A link to the site opens the app on Android.
