List skills agents can learn

How to do it

Write a SKILL.md with front matter (name, description) and instructions. List it in the index with its type. Add a sha256 digest made from the bytes you serve. The index format is a draft discovery proposal (version 0.2.0) for the Agent Skills format.

How to check

Hash the served file again. The digest matches.
