Push feed updates to subscribers

If you publish a feed, name a WebSub hub in it and in a Link header. Tell the hub whenever the content changes.

How to do it

Name a hub, for example https://pubsubhubbub.appspot.com/, with <link rel="hub"> in the feed. After each deploy, POST hub.mode=publish to the hub.

How to check

The hub's subscriber diagnostics show the feed and the last publish.
