Give every page its own title

Give every page exactly one unique, non-empty <title>, sent by the server. Put the page's name first and the site name last, in 60 characters at most.

How to do it

Build titles from page data as Page name · Site name. Fail the build on a missing, repeated or too-long title. Render it on the server, not in JavaScript.

How to check

A build gate counts exactly one <title> per page, at most 60 characters, and no two pages with the same title.
