Never show anything that flashes more than three times in one second. This is WCAG criterion 2.3.1 (A).

How to do it

Keep blinking and flashing out of animations, videos and GIFs. Check videos with a flash analysis tool, such as PEAT, before publishing.

How to check

A search of the stylesheets finds no repeating animation shorter than 333 ms that changes opacity, colour or visibility. Every published video passes a flash analysis tool.
