Build the payment cost into the price instead. - Applies when: The project it takes payments, or it has users in the EU. - How: Article 62(4) of PSD2 forbids charges for payment instruments whose interchange fees are capped by Regulation (EU) 2015/751. That covers most consumer debit and credit cards issued in the EU. It also covers SEPA credit transfers and direct debits. Article 62(5) lets member states forbid or limit other surcharges too.
