Test every build with internal testers first
Send every release candidate to an internal test group through TestFlight and the Play internal testing track before you submit it for review.
How to do it
TestFlight takes up to 100 internal testers from your team and up to 10,000 external testers. External groups need a build that App Review approved for TestFlight. On Google Play, the internal track reaches a short list of testers within minutes. Personal developer accounts created on Google Play after November 13, 2023 must run a closed test with 12 testers for 14 days before production. Plan that into the first launch. Keep a short test script for the main flows, as keep a person's sign-off before release asks.
How to check
Every production release in the last 90 days was on an internal track first. A tester signed off its test script before submission.
