Keep them apart from the hosting platform and from any agency or contractor. - Risk: An account or system taken over - How: When a host or an agency holds the domain, a dispute or a closed account takes the site and its email with it. Do not buy the domain as part of a hosting plan. Point records at the platform instead of moving the whole zone to its name servers. Its servers would then control mail records too. Give at least two people from the business admin rights, each with two-factor login. Give an agency its own user that you can remove.
