TKO-27Required
Build the product from the company's own repository
Before signing, build and run the product from the company's own repository with read-only access, without help from the founders or the AI builder.
How to do it
A buyer who pays for code the company cannot build has paid for a demo. Clone the repository on a clean machine and follow its documented commands, as Run it from a clean checkout says. Check that the repository holds the database schema and migrations, as Own the code in your own repository says. Check that the code host, domain and cloud accounts are in the company's name.
How to check
The report records the commit hash built, the commands used and the result. It names the owner of each account from Take control of every account before touching the code.
