Verify every finding from scratch
Check each finding again with a reviewer who starts fresh, such as a second person or a new AI agent. Drop findings that don't hold up.
How to do it
Give each finding to an independent reviewer with only the code and the claim. Ask them to confirm or reject it from the code alone. First reviews, by people or agents, often contain wrong guesses.
How to check
Every finding in the final review is marked confirmed by a second reviewer. Rejected findings are removed, not softened.
