Know when to move off the builder
Plan to move to a normal development setup when the app outgrows the builder. Complex permissions, background jobs and many developers are common signs.
How to do it
Watch for warning signs. Each prompt breaks something else, costs rise with every change, or the builder cannot express a needed rule. Moving early, while the code is small, costs far less than moving late.
How to check
A decision note dated within the last three months lists each warning sign as present or absent, and records whether to stay or move.
