# Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-20.

The short version: we keep only what we need to arrange and prepare your call. We delete it after 90 days, and we never sell it or track you.

## Who we are

Agent Wranglers is based in Sweden and is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to hello@example.com.

## What we store and why

When you book or request a call, we store these with your agreement. That goes for the website, email and your AI assistant using our connector:

- your name and email
- your company, time zone and how you want to meet
- what you tell us about your app
- the call time and a history of changes

When you visit the website, we keep short technical server logs without IP addresses (legitimate interest). No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools. Your light or dark mode choice stays on your device, in local storage under "theme".

The legal basis for bookings is consent and steps before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). The controller is Agent Wranglers, Stockholm, Sweden. No data protection officer is required.

## Who else sees it

Only the Experts who work on your app, the meeting service you chose and our email provider. Transfers to the US rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell or rent your data.

## How long we keep it

- We keep bookings and call requests for 90 days after the call or your last change.
- A booking that is not confirmed from its email within an hour is deleted.
- To stop misuse, we count the emails sent to each address, as a hash kept for one day.
- We keep emails we sent you for one week.
- Technical server logs: deleted automatically after 14 days.

## Your rights

Access, correction, a copy, restriction, objection and deletion. Delete a booking with the connector tool delete_my_data, or email us. We answer within one month. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, https://www.imy.se/en/).

## Global Privacy Control

We do not sell or share personal data. A Global Privacy Control signal is honoured as an opt-out.
