# Ask agents to credit you

- Rule: If agents may reuse your content in their own work, tell them how to credit it, on every page and in the Markdown copy.
- How: Add a short, plain note to each page that agents will read. Say what to credit and give the exact line to use, with a link to that page. Repeat it in llms.txt. Keep it in one shared module, so every page carries the same wording.
- Check: Fetch any page and its Markdown copy. Both contain the credit line with that page's own address.

Example:
