# Privacy

- [Explain what you keep and why](https://agentwranglers.se/playbook/website/privacy/privacy-policy): Publish a full privacy policy, linked from every page. It says who you are, what you collect and why, the legal basis, retention, recipients, rights and complaints.
- [Store nothing extra without a yes](https://agentwranglers.se/playbook/website/privacy/cookie-consent): Ask before storing anything non-essential. Make saying no as easy as saying yes, and store nothing until people agree.
- [Keep only what you need and delete it on time](https://agentwranglers.se/playbook/website/privacy/data-minimization): Collect only the data a task needs. Keep it only for its set retention period, and delete it on schedule and on request.

- [Load embedded videos and maps only after a click](https://agentwranglers.se/playbook/website/privacy/click-to-load-embeds): Show a still image and a button in place of each third-party embed. Load the video, map or social post only after the visitor clicks.
