# Offer two ways to every page

- Level: Required

- Rule: Give people at least two ways to reach each page, such as navigation plus site search or a page listing every page. This is WCAG criterion 2.4.5 (AA).
- How: Keep a menu or table of contents, and add a search box or an HTML sitemap page. Pages that are a step in a process are exempt.
- Check: A test finds every sitemap page both through the navigation and in the search results or HTML sitemap.
