# Watch your sender reputation

- Rule: Track your spam complaint rate and sender status with the providers' own tools, and act when they change.
- How: Register your sending domains with Google Postmaster Tools, and the IP addresses of servers you run with Microsoft SNDS. Sign up for feedback loops where providers offer them, such as Yahoo's and Microsoft's. They send complaints in the Abuse Reporting Format (RFC 5965). Gmail reports complaints only as a rate, grouped by a `Feedback-ID` header you may add. Alert when the complaint rate passes 0.1%.
- Check: Postmaster Tools shows a spam rate and a compliance status for the sending domain, and a test complaint through a feedback loop reaches your system.
